Definitions

  • Client: Refers to any individual or entity engaging with our data science, analytics, or consulting services.
  • Project: Refers to the work agreed upon between the Client and VAICS Consultancy.
  • Deliverables: Refers to the final reports, insights, software, or analytics provided to the Client upon Project completion.


 

Services

  • A separate Service Agreement or Proposal will outline details of services like data analytics, research, business intelligence, and software development.

  • The Service Agreement is considered an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

  • By using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.


 

Client Responsibilities

  • Provide necessary information, access, and materials required for project execution.

  • Ensure all shared data is legally owned or authorized for use.

  • Review and provide timely feedback on our work to maintain project timelines.

  • Maintain confidentiality of any credentials or proprietary data shared during the engagement.


 

Project Execution

  • Timeline: Project timelines will be estimated in the Service Agreement and are subject to change based on Client responsiveness or scope changes.

  • Communication: Updates will be provided via email, project management tools, or agreed-upon communication channels.

  • Scope Changes: Any changes must be submitted in writing and may result in additional costs or timeline adjustments.


 

Project Delivery and Acceptance

  • Deliverables will be provided upon completion for review.

  • Clients have [insert review period] days to request adjustments within the agreed scope.

  • Absence of feedback within this period will be considered acceptance of the Deliverables.


 

Limitation of Liability

  • Proprietary Tools: VAICS Consultancy retains ownership of proprietary models, algorithms, and frameworks used in project execution.


 

Payment Terms
